Frankincense

Highly spiritual, frankincense essential oil is used to calm tensions. Harmonizing, it is also suitable in case of low morale. In psycho-energetic, aromatherapy and olfactotherapy, it is used to soften mental rigidity, moderate obsessions and raise resistance to change. Purifying, frankincense essential oil also frees the airways and stimulates the body.
Frankincense essential oil is recognized for its efficiency in harmonizing the nervous system. It promotes meditative states and spiritual elevation.
THE HERB

Thyme
We use dried Thyme leaves in our Third Eye Chakra Soaps

Thyme was also used by the Greeks during religious rites to chase away evil spirits, pay homage to deities and purify the air. It was also consumed, as well as garlic, before the confrontation to give more courage, strength and confidence, during gladiator fights for example.
Thyme helps to stimulate the general physical and mental state. It would chase away asthenia, anguish, anxiety and fear. It would increase cognitive abilities and excite intelligence. It is a good tonic that would help to give power to subjects of the lymphatic, depressive or little combative type. According to the aromatologist Mailhebiau, the essential oil of thyme with biochemical specificity thymol, influences the character and makes it more stable, solid and decisive. For thyme with linalool specificity, it will be advisable for a child or an adolescent with nonchalant, depressive moods or even hypersensitivity. Thyme supports detoxification functions by promoting perspiration and diuresis. This plant is recommended in episodes of elimination of toxins from the body.
Thyme improves skin health. It is used during skin conditions to help calm the inconvenience of herpes, fungal infections, shingles or wounds. The plant would help disinfect, eliminate fungi, bacteria and yeasts.
THE CRYSTAL
Sodalite

The Sodalite, deep blue veined with white, seduces with its appearance of soft snowy night. It helps to lighten thoughts, soothes unnecessary tension and feelings of guilt. By removing pain, it promotes meditation and satisfies in harmony our search for the ideal and our thirst for truth. Sodalite stimulates brain function, balances blood pressure, regulates the endocrine balance: favorable action on the thyroid, insulin production...
It also calms panic attacks and phobias, promotes baby sleep, removes stress from pets and soothes digestive disorders. It is also used to neutralize electromagnetic pollution.
Sodalite organizes the logic of thought, promotes concentration and meditation, helps control emotions and oversensitivity, facilitates speech, promotes self-knowledge, restores humility or on the contrary lifts the feeling of inferiority. It facilitates group work, develops solidarity and altruism, reinforces loyalty to one's convictions Sodalite is associated, in priority, with the 6th chakra, the chakra of the 3rd eye (seat of consciousness).
Its vibration helps the development of psychic abilities and intuition. It is the stone of clairvoyance and stimulates the Third Eye.

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF MY CRYSTAL
Ideally, we recommend cleaning the minerals between each session of use. An appropriate time and frequency of refilling allows you to benefit from the properties of the stone at their peak.
Spring water, demineralized or simply running water will suit it perfectly. Avoid salt or use it very occasionally. For recharging, no sun! Prefer the light of the moon to recharge the Sodalite or place it inside an Amethyst geode.
